Welcome to JustGrind ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the JustGrind mobile application, available on Google Play.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

Analytics data is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you personally.

The App operates in two modes:
Offline mode (no account): all workout data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
Cloud sync mode (with account): your workout data is securely synced to our servers so you can access it across devices and restore it if you reinstall the App. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in a secure cloud database accessible only to your account.
We do not share your personal data or workout data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We do not receive your passwords from third-party sign-in providers. Sign-in tokens are stored securely on your device.
JustGrind uses third-party analytics tools to understand how users interact with the App and to improve its features and stability. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated data only and do not identify you personally.
The App does not contain advertising SDKs or ad tracking of any kind.
The App is distributed via Google Play. Google may independently collect certain device and usage information as part of the Play Store platform. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

JustGrind requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its core functionality. Any permissions requested (such as notification access for the rest timer or internet access for cloud sync) are used solely for in-app features described in this policy.
JustGrind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure cloud storage with access controls, and hashed credential storage. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@justgrind.top. We will delete your account and server-side data within 30 days of your request.
To remove locally stored data, you may clear App data through your device's Settings → Apps → JustGrind → Clear Data, or uninstall the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published at this URL with a new effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
